Cranberry Delight
from the kitchen of a friend
3 cups unpeeled apples -- chopped
2 cups raw cranberries
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats -- uncooked
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup butter or margarine -- melted
Combine apples, cranberries and sugar in a
2 quart buttered casserole. In a separate bowl, mix oats, brown sugar,
flour , pecans, and melted butter. Top fruit mixture with oat mixture.
Preheat oven to 350F. Bake 1 hour or until bubbly and lightly browned.
