Chocolate cake without eggs
from the kitchen of a friend
2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups WARM water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar
Mix the dry ingredients and then add the liquid ingredients.
Bake 180 C for 30 min. or until done.
Warm water, means not at the boiling point but quite hot (60 C). As
for vinegar I used the "genmai su" (white vinegar).
